Packing

We always pack PC’s into PVC free sleeves and pack a maximum of 3 cards into one top loader, which is washi taped to a card. This is all sealed within a plastic poly bag which is further taped to prevent water leakage from external weather. Then finally in an envelope ~Packing information for GO orders can be found in the 'GO' section~

- Admin Grace (🌸) organises and hosts GO's!
- Australia based GO (but ww friendly unless stated otherwise! 🌏)- Admin Grace regularly hosts BeonD GOs which are for their binders and all their refills! (Please do not ask to include notebooks and stickers from BeonD). The items are purchased directly from the BeonD supplier in Korea, not through any resellers. These GO's will happen every couple of months to allow Admin 🌸 to find the time to effectively do the GO and for BeonD's production team to prepare for the order- Grace also opens other GO's (really depends on what impulsive buys she wants to get LOL). In the past, these have included: NNSPARK Watch Bands and POPCORN Sleeves (this one may become a regular GO. It's still TBD)✨ RULES ✨

‼️ Please read the following before submitting your form. ‼️- All items are to be paid FULLY before submitting your form.- I will not do any payment plans.- I strictly go by form responses. If your form is not submitted correctly (you will receive an email copy of your form if you have submitted correctly), it means I have not received it.- All updates, important info, payment dates and details will be communicated with everyone via a group chat made on Instagram. Please make sure you check your message request after the GO is closed.- I DO NOT supply refunds for CHANGE OF MIND- If EMS and DMS payments aren't paid within a week of me sending out notifications or I'm completely ghosted by you after first payment, this will result me cancelling your order WITHOUT REFUNDS. I give reminders the day before the due date.- Please DO NOT pay for EMS and DMS WITHOUT a form. I check these payments by form responses. I do not have the time to scroll through 50+ transactions in my account to see if you have paid. Once again, ensure that you receive a copy of your form via emails, otherwise it means I haven't received it.- THERE WON'T BE ANY PROOFS! This is to allow a quick turnover. The only proofs that will be sent are for postage in an envelope (these will be sent via IG). Stamped postage will receive postage proof. Tracked envelopes will receive address/tracking number proof. Satchels and parcels will receive automated tracking updates from Auspost via the email/phone number you've submitted in the form. If you do not receive any notifications after two days, message me and I'll manually give you your number.- I am not to be held responsible for damages made to items before they arrive to me, nor for how Australia Post handles it (if they damage or lose it). If the envelope/satchel/parcel arrives damaged, PLEASE TAKE A VIDEO OF YOU OPENING IT! This way, if your tracking postage allows compensation, I can file a case with Auspost. Please be aware that this process can take up to three weeks.- If I discover anyone to be reselling items from my GO for a deliberate profit (e.g., deliberately buying 5 x A5 binders ($13.50) and selling them for $20 days after receiving them from me), you will be BLACKLISTED and BLOCKED from @bbokaritrades_ and your information will be passed onto other GOM's who may decide to block and blacklist as well - and depending on the severity of the offence, I will post a DWAYOR. It is very rude and unfair as I do not make any profits from this GO, and I dedicate my spare time to organising this and ensuring costs are low as possible for all joiners.
